SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Position Hats are shipped by USPS ground day delivery insured and tracked. If you provide an email at checkout - You will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. This will be available 24 hours within shipping. Most orders are shipped within 5 work days. This allows time to put the players number on the hat.
Return & Exchange Policy
Each Position hat is customized and personalized for each player, therefore we are unable to return or exchange your product for a different product. All sales are final. There are no refunds for orders. Any damaged hat from shipping or manufacturing will be replaced at no cost to purchaser. Proper documentation is required for replacement. Claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.

Damage in Shipping
If the product is damaged during shipping, please take a picture of the box (USPS) and then a picture of the damaged product. This is required for the insurance claim on the package. Position Hats will then send you a replacement hat at no cost. There are no changes allowed to the hat (Ex Number, Size, Position etc.). Any changes to the original hat order would require a new purchase to be made.

Manufacturing Defect
Position Hats has a comprehensive quality check and review process before shipping each hat. This makes your purchase easy, exciting and hassle free. With 5 quality input checks, 1) hat base inventory, 2) pre embroidery 3) post embroidery 4) order documentation 5) fulfillment. Should a manufacturing defect slip by our process - please notify us by filing a claim so we can make your purchase right.
